Description
There are various hopper style configurations available depending on space and use. All the hopper style grinders are equipped with the highly advanced Fixcut system. This cutting system has been engineered to cut through your most difficult waste material, such as bark, green wood, plastics, paper, cardboard, slabs, etc. The Challenger® Fixcut system is the most productive cutting system on the market and is available in both the large & small configuration to best fit a customers need. Various screen sizes are also available to satisfy any customers material needs.
- Models available from CG700, CG800, CG1000 with dual drive motors
- Triple hydraulics with 20 horsepower, oversized hydraulics to maximize efficiency and reduce stress and load buildup
- This grinder series has a rotor size of 22" with feed openings of 7' 7" to 10' widths
- Screen sizes range from 3/8" to 2 1/2"
- Volume ranges approximately 5,000# to 40,000# an hour
- Main Motors range from 200HP to 250HP.
- The Large Volume Series is ideal for an excessive amount of waste
- The CG1000 is the largest hopper feed grinder made.
